If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 10 days of purchase. Reimbursement of shipping costs will be limited to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.
After 10 days, returns and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
We use either Go Sweet Spot or CourierPost for all national deliveries. CourierPost has targeted overnight delivery to urban areas, and two to three days for deliveries to rural mail addresses. If you’re order is not delivered within two working days of you having received confirmation of your order, contact us or call 0800 WENDY HILL Toll Free. (Allow five days for rural mail deliveries.) We will check the status of the delivery with CourierPost and advise you of the position. We will also provide you with the tracking number, which you can check online at the CourierPost website, as above. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Such liability lies with CourierPost and needs to be pursued with that company.
All our orders are dispatched as signature on delivery, so there will need to be somebody at the delivery address to sign receipt of the delivery. If no one is available, the Courier will leave a “card to call” with instructions on how to arrange a second delivery. It is the recipient’s responsibility to arrange this and we cannot accept any responsibility for the outcome.
If delivery is made to business or commercial premises on your behalf, we will be deemed to have made the delivery to you by delivering it to a reception area at the address provided and receiving a signed receipt of delivery.
Deliveries to Australia and the Pacific Islands will by New Zealand Post at current postal rates or Track Pack rates. Allow 3 to 5 days for delivery. Contact us for details.
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
There is a $6.00 courier fee for all orders under $100 nationwide, unless shipping to a RD (rural delivery) address, which is $10.00. Orders $100 and over are freight free.
Prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars, and include GST.
Colours and Computers
Remember that colours displayed on computer monitors are a guide only – tones can vary from screen to screen, and can be different to the actual product. We cannot accept responsibility or liability in the event that colours on your monitor vary from reality. If the tone is unsuitable for you, we will exchange products within 5 working days after you receive it, provided it has not been used and the product seal is unbroken (where applicable). However, we will not refund delivery costs.
The privacy of our customer data, orders and credit card details are important to us. We will never disclose nor sell any of your data to any third party at any time.
We will only send you email newsletters or communications if you “opt in”.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers or on our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
