Tips and Tricks:
Dust on with the Wendy Hill Eyeshadow Blender Brush (WH7003). Mix with Wendy Hill Keep It On (WH5520) to apply as a shimmering eyeliner. For a really intense effect, just dampen your brush slightly and apply the Opal shade over a black eyeliner and it will become an opalescent electric blue. Fabulous for that big night out!
